About the Cocoa Beach Alumni Association

Established in 2001

CBHS Bridge, 1969Cocoa Beach High School opened August 1964 and is still going strong! “The Beach” has changed its look over the many years. As of 2009 our graduating classes are 45 and counting, but this is the one and only official CBHS alumni web site, owned, operated, and maintained by YOU—CBHS graduates—through your donations and support.

The quick way to find out what is going on at CBHS (and occasionally the City of Cocoa Beach) is to check in at the new “MinuteLog." It will change as quickly as possible when items come in to us for posting. This info page is not set-up for commenting—it’s just an info page.

Please continue to keep your personal information (listed under your class year) up-to-date. Tell your school friends about us, and check in occasionally to see what is going on at CBHS. No pesky fees to pay, no irritating email from us, no action required by you … so sit back andCBHS Bridge, 2009 enjoy this web site, which is as “laid-back” and casual as we all were back then, are now, and will be in the future.

The Cocoa Beach Alumni Association was formed in the fall of 2001 after the 2001 Combined Reunion. The 2001 reunion brought together the classes of 1965-1970, the six classes that opened Cocoa Beach Junior-Senior High School in the fall of 1964. This web site was developed in order to help unite these classes and has now expanded to include all graduating classes of CBHS, now numbering 45.

Goals

The CBAA's main goal is to help keep all alumni together and connected by using this web site, which is kept as up-to-date as possible. Keeping this site up-to-date will need assistance from YOU - the alumni. The more that is submitted to us to post - the better the site becomes! Our second goal is to administer "Beach Walk" at Minutemen Field - a beautiful addition to our school and a way for our students, faculty, local citizens and businesses to permanently make their mark at CBHS. Our third goal is to offer financial support - hopefully  through a CBAA Scholarship - in the future. We are not yet financially at that place, but see it shining brightly on our horizon. Your donation below will help us maintain and achieve our goals spoken of in this paragraph.

If you share our goals, please REGISTER as an Alumni and feel free to donate to the Cocoa Beach Alumni Association Educational Foundation.
